Your host, chef David Schwienbacher, prepares real treats made with exceptional quality raw products. He personally selects his ingredients at farms in Ultental-Val d'Ultimo. This means that the Arnstein Restaurant Merano offers wonderful Val d'Ultimo roast lamb, delicious Val d'Ultimo strawberries and fresh trout from Val d'Ultimo lakes garnished with aromatic Val d'Ultimo mountain herbs.
